Review of efficacy of homeless programs

  • Support RCPD HOT Team efforts, increasing staff with community service officers

  • Partner with County Social Services and Non-Profit Groups, churches to identify gaps in program efforts

  • Increase contact with homeless in retail districts, transit stations, schools and parks to maintain order and expectations of community.
